Batanga Blanco
BATANGA COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Batanga Tequila Blanco
Mexican Coke
Lime
Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Squeeze the juice of ½ of a lime into a tall glass with a salted rim and then fill with ice. Add tequila and fill with Mexican coke. Stir the cocktail with the knife that was used to cut the lime and garnish with a lime.
PINEAPPLE MATADOR
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz Batanga Tequila Blanco
2 oz Pineapple Juice
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz Agave Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a piece of candied pineapple.
MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz Batanga Tequila Blanco
1 oz Triple Sec
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
DIRECTIONS:
Run a lime wedge along the rim of a rocks glass, and then lightly coat with salt. Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker until the exterior frosts. Strain into glass over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

PALOMA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Batanga Tequila Blanco
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Club Soda
DIRECTIONS:
Run a grapefruit wedge along the rim of a highball glass, and then lightly coat with salt. Fill the glass with ice. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup; shake well. Strain into the glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
STRAWBERRY SURFER
INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz Batanga Tequila Blanco
¾ oz Meadowland Tanager Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Basil Leaf
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Batanga, Tanager syrup and lime juice. Shake for about 10 seconds and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Slap a basil leaf to release oils and drop on the surface of the cocktail.
SPICY PALOMA
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Batanga Tequila Blanco
½ oz Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1oz Club Soda
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, and lime juice, then shake well. Rim a glass with a grapefruit wedge and lightly coat with salt. Pour liquid over fresh ice, then top with club soda and garnish with a citrus wedge.
Holiday Margarita
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Batanga Tequila Blanco
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Agave Syrup
½ oz Clear Creek® Cranberry Liqueur
DIRECTIONS:
Shake tequila, lime juice and agave syrup with ice and pour into a salt-rimmed rocks glass. Float ½ oz cranberry liqueur on top and garnish with a lime wedge.

DIRECTIONS:
Fill a highball glass with ice and add tequila and fresh lime juice. Top with Topo Chico, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz Batanga Tequila Blanco
1 Cup Milk or Milk Substitute
2 Tbsp Homemade Cocoa Mix
DIRECTIONS:
To make Cocoa Mix: Whisk together the following ingredients in a medium bowl (1 ½ cups granulated sugar, 1 cup all-natural unsweetened cocoa, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon & ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
To make 1 serving of Mexican Hot Chocolate: Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat just until hot and milk begins to steam, about 5 minutes. Whisk in cocoa mix, add tequila and serve immediately. For a little extra holiday spirit, garnish with marshmallows and ground cinnamon.

STRAWBERRY SWEET TEA
INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz Batanga Tequila Reposado
½ oz Meadowland Tanager Syrup
2½ oz Unsweetened Iced Tea
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Batanga, Tanager syrup and iced tea. Shake for about 10 seconds and strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with lemon and/or mint.
Spicy Apple Margarita
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Batanga Tequila Reposado
1 ½ oz Fresh Apple Cider
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Agave Syrup
Ground Cinnamon
Cayenne Pepper
Flaky Sea Salt or Cocktail Salt
DIRECTIONS:
For salt rim, combine the salt with one pinch each cayenne and cinnamon and mix together with your fingers until it's a uniform color. Dump it out on a plate and prepare an empty rocks glass by running a lime wedge around the edge of the glass. Dip the wet glass rim in the salt mixture until the rim is coated. Fill your glass with ice and set aside.
In a shaker, combine the tequila, apple cider, lime juice, agave syrup, a pinch each cayenne and cinnamon, and ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and double strain into your ice-filled glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a strip of orange zest, if you’d like.
tequila Chai hot toddy
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Batanga Tequila Reposado
1 ½ oz Orange Juice
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Chai Tea Bag
8 oz Hot Water
DIRECTIONS:
Pour hot water over tea bag. Let steep for 2 minutes. Remove tea bag. Add other ingredients and stir with a cinnamon stick.
